SCHEDULING POLICY
When scheduling, we require a credit card to hold your appointment. We do not charge your credit card before your service and you can pay using any form of accepted payment after completion of your service(s).
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel your appointment, we understand. We kindly request at least 24-hour notice in order to allow us to fill the appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for the service(s) scheduled.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you miss your appointment and you do not call to cancel or re-schedule, your credit card will be processed for the full price of the service(s) scheduled.
